Text-speak irritates me but slowly I am being worn down . . .
Cool! Nice to learn some jargon here in your poem. My daughter texts me all the time and I realize that the text-speak really helps the writer when they text by cutting down on words. If only I knew more. But I'm learning.
:) I seldom text because I constantly have to have messages explained to me.
I don't like how text speak is creeping its way into everyday writing. Even when I text I spell out.

Ha! I refuse to use text speak when I text someone, but my Ph.D. boss sends it to me all the time. Drives me nuts!
