i doubt it, probably twist it to feed their selfishness...guess that is rather cynical but then one does not have to look far to find those only init for themselves...then again i guess it all depends on whose hands it falls into...
Jinksy, somehow I'm not being allowed to post comments so will tack on to Brian - wonderful that you inverted the color here. Hard to imagine Man doing anything for all unless he gets to a very clear brink. k.
"seeking direction" opposes "falls" and seems to invite the "Harness" that has not been applied. Interesting image that hits my senses, though you don't seem to aim at the senses at all. How did you do that? Neat.
Interesting point…I think the ‘energy’ of which I spoke, whether it be solar power, wind power or the healing power (translate as ‘unconditional love’ if you find the word healing difficult) which I believe is the everywhere in the universe, is all there in abundance, but without our conscious decision to use it wisely, it’s wasted. Does that maybe answer your question? *smiles* I was certainly trying to put a feeling/thought/concept into words. You make me believe I succeeded…
JInksy . . I think your reply to Susan (above) is another way of saying "I've got my love to keep me warm" (The power companies don't like it. They don't like it I tell you!)
Oh, you never disappoint. I love what you've done with the image, and your words.

DeleteEnergy is always being wasted and manipulated for the purpose of man's political and selfish desires. Nice.
ReplyDeleteand it looks like some sort of energy after you tweaked it. Nice.
ReplyDeletedoubtful. unfortunately. but good question
ReplyDeleteI like "energy seeking direction" Annette at http://hoofprintsinmygarden.wordpress.com/
ReplyDeleteI wish that would happen Jinksy, wouldn't it be a much better world. Love what you did with the pic!
ReplyDeleteShort and sweet and to the point. A question we all ponder and hope to see resolved in a positive way.
ReplyDeletehmmmm... i feel like i'm a in a museum and i took a step back and suddenly see a nuclear mushroom this wow

Good question, Jinsky! Will there be elements out to corner the market to their advantage? It's the way of the world. Great Thoughts!
ReplyDeleteHank
That would be a good thing ~ If only we can understand the goodness in nature ~
ReplyDeleteGrace
But do we need to understand it to use it? I think not...
DeleteA writhing bundle- earthworms? no your image is white--with blue spots...healing I hope!
ReplyDeleteYou got it in one, Izzy! Healing energy is exactly what I had in mind...

An excellent question. One would hope so as we do so need that healing energy.
ReplyDeleteI think that is the one type of energy which is available to everyone worldwide, at every second of the day and night! :)
DeleteI love the energy in your image and your poem. I hope it is headed in a good direction. Thanks for sharing, Jinksy.
ReplyDeleteWill all around the world do? :)
DeleteOh if it could be so!!!! Love your altered painting!

You managed to do something entirely new, different...you really see things in a special way!
ReplyDeleteI guess my eyes are wired up to my brain in an odd way...:)
DeleteI love how you play with the pictures to find something new! I wish I could be more positive about mankind but I doubt it!
ReplyDeleteJInksy . . I think your reply to Susan (above) is another way of saying "I've got my love to keep me warm" (The power companies don't like it. They don't like it I tell you!)
ReplyDeleteSadly, it doesn't heat my hot water though Doc, so the Brit Gas and Southern Electric people have nothing to fear from me... :)
ReplyDeleteI was reminded of pictures I've seen of twisters ... now that would be a power to harness
ReplyDeleteCertainly you've made the image white hot! Very energised. I enjoy your 'dual' work.
ReplyDeleteOne could surely hope so! Positive healing is so available, if only...
ReplyDeleteOh if only he would. Excellent imaginative take Jinksy.
ReplyDeleteAnna :o]
In the end the good will always rule! I like what you did with this week's photo prompt again!
ReplyDeleteGreat question and I love what you did to the art!
ReplyDeleteProbably not, but we dare to hope.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you managed to see the light... :)
