Imaginary Garden sent us in search of Big Bad Wolf, or other scary creatures. I've found one I'd not like to meet on a dark night...
Fear
In the night
colours fight;
they instil fear,
exploding here.
A shapeless form
far from norm
makes us quake
until we wake...
What fun!! Perfect for the season!

ReplyDeleteThe photo befits the poem. It does strike me as fear and your words were nearly perfect.
ReplyDeleteThe picture looks like a vortex to me. Fearfully scary.

Very nicely done, I liked this a lot, both words and image together.
ReplyDeletebizarre, but i found myself looking at it for a while, so compelling, too.
ReplyDeleteEscape from dreamland scape,
ReplyDeleteFear dressed in a coloured cape,
Before you are pulled within,
Of the kaleidoscope of sin.
But it messes with the eye,
And tells such a lie,
Fore you forget all fear,
As it draws you near.
what we fear often we cannot describe - nicely handled
ReplyDeleteVery nice, the pic reminds me of chaos in the mind.
