Everything Sounds Better In French!

A Brit might live life "In the Pink"
and give a knowing little wink
at a boy and girl locked in a clinch
at a cafe table; but it's a cinch -
I guess that everybody knows -
in France, one lives "La Vie en rose!"

    2. Enough of my A level French remains for me to hope that "le" was only a typo, and you really meant to write "les"? LOL

  2. I like the picture better in pink too. And you avoided purple prose. Nice.

  5. The painting is quite toned down for you Pen. I noticed that most of this artist's work is done with a strong emphasis on l'orange...my least favorite color. The prompt appears to be an exception. I love pronouncing La Vie en rose...
